Summer 2026
More Than Just a Camp
This summer, give her the space to find her voice, her community, and her "inner calm." Our Summer Immersions go beyond the mat, blending the ethical wisdom of Yoga Philosophy (the Yamas) with the science of psychotherapy.
Through mindful play and intentional connection and reflection, girls learn to harness their breath as a superpower to navigate life’s triggers with resilience.
She’ll arrive as an individual and leave as part of a connected, resilient community.
One Curriculum, Two Journeys
Both groups are deeply rooted in the Yamas—Ahimsa (Kindness), Satya (Truth), Asteya (Integrity), Brahmacharya (Energy), and Aparigraha (Abundance) complimenting our WATER values.
We simply translate these ancient tools to meet the specific social and emotional milestones of her age:
Ages 10–12: The Foundation Builders
The Focus: Emotional Literacy & Social Connection.
The Approach: At this stage, we bring the Yamas to life through high-energy mindful play and storytelling. We explore how these five principles help us navigate the "newness" of middle school friendships and self-image. Girls learn to use their breath as a "remote control" for their nervous system, gaining a sense of agency over big feelings while building a foundation of kindness and truth.
Ages 13–15: The Empowerment Collective
The Focus: Identity, Integrity & Stress Resilience.
The Approach: For teens, the Yamas serve as a sophisticated internal compass. We use dialogue and deeper reflection to look at how these five ethics apply to social media, academic pressure, and self-discovery. The psychotherapy tools shift toward "Stress Mastery," giving them advanced techniques to stay grounded in their own truth even when the world around them feels loud or overwhelming.
Each Girl on the Mat in her 4-day camp receives:
A GOTM T-Shirt to wear as a symbol of her new community.
The GOTM Feelings Map to help her name and navigate new emotions.
A Personal Journal to keep her "superpower" breathing techniques and psychotherapeutic tools close at hand.

GOTM
Programs
-
Eight to ten girls, led by an expertly trained facilitator, gather for a multi-day camp to practice breath as a tool and learn language for emotional literacy: self-compassion, empathy, and anxiety reduction. Girls leave with a new journal, a new T-shirt, and a new community of GIRL-friends.
-
Graduates from GOTM camps gather bi-monthly to practice the tools they’ve learned. Facilitators host sharing circles for girls to express their emotions and experiences in school, in family, and in the community; GIRLS from all over the valley unite in girlhood.
-
Our trained facilitators work with teams: GIRL’s basketball, volleyball, dance, tennis, golf, ski and more! We teach athletes how to use their breath as their superpower and tools to calm the mind and the body to practice, before, during and after game time!
-
GOTM works with organizations like The Girls Scouts, pageants, and graduates of our signature camps to give girls leadership opportunities in our community, e.g. teaching yoga poses for Girls on the Mat on the Mountain, our partnership with Bogus Basin Ski Resort!
