For FOUR summers, I have had the honor of teaching Yoga on the Mountain at Bogus Basin Recreation Area.

It is the best environment: away from the city, cooler air, surrounded by the Mountain, fun activities for kids, great food and great people!

Girls on the Mat and Bogus Basin Recreation Area combine nervous-system literacy with outdoor education! We combine forces to create an experience where girls can discover the mountain, deepen their connection to themselves, and recognize their own courage and capability.
