A GOTM Facilitator is a trained professional who is licensed to bring Girls on the Mat’s signature workshops and camps to girls in their community. Facilitators use GOTM’s founder-developed curriculum—a unique blend of yogic philosophy, breathwork, emotional literacy, and peer group support—to create transformative experiences for young women wherever they are.

This opportunity is specifically designed for yoga teachers and mental health professionals (or those with a professional mental health background) who are passionate about girls’ empowerment and wellness. If you have experience holding space for others and want to channel that into meaningful work with young women, this could be a powerful fit.

As a facilitator, you’ll lead GOTM workshops and camps in your community. Sessions weave together therapeutic interventions with yogic philosophy and breathwork to give girls a safe, structured space to grow, connect, and build resilience. You set your own schedule and bring these experiences to life in a way that reflects your community’s needs.

This is not a volunteer role—it’s a professional opportunity. Facilitators invest in their training and licensing, then have the ability to charge attendees for workshops and camps, allowing you to build your own revenue stream while doing meaningful, mission-aligned work.

Once you complete the facilitator process, you’ll be licensed to use GOTM’s curriculum and materials, developed by our founder Jamie Lange, to host your own workshops and camps. You set your own pricing for attendees and operate with the credibility and support of the GOTM framework behind you.
