As the holiday season kicks into high gear, we’ll slow down and exhale into our humanity. This GOTM camp teaches girls to find safety within, accessing their breath as a superpower.
Girls will learn to track body cues, name emotions, and practice emotional literacy with their GOTM Community.
We’ll explore Ahimsa, the act of creating peace within. Each girl will leave with a GOTM journal, GOTM Feelings Map, GOTM T-shirt, and more!
